Feedback layer isn't show base layer also
I have my quiz questions set up with the question at the top and the answers at the bottom.
When viewing the feedback, the feedback is at the bottom with nothing at the top. I would expect the question to show through since nothing is covering it but I cannot get it to show...it is driving me CRAZY. I do this all the time, but...not today!
Any help would be appreciated, I have attached a copy of the file.
THANK YOU!!
I encountered the same thing years ago. The problem is that the background of the layer has a solid fill.
To fix that, go to Background Styles > Format Background. In the Format Background window, select "No fill."
FYI: Here's more info about base visibility: Can't see the base from a layer? Or is it just dimmed? Is that what you want? Here's how to control base visibility... | Articulate - Community

Very simple—once you know it!
BTW, I think it's safe to say that most of us have had multiple "duh!" moments as we learned Storyline. Welcome to the club. 😄

This is amazing! Thank you. Not sure how it got that way to begin with, but lesson learned!
