Base Layer objects no longer visible behind New Layers
Noticed this happening in a Storyline build a couple weeks ago, worked around it. Now it's blocking my success with a build today. When I make a new layer it blocks out the items on the layer below....
It looks like your fix is still helping people, years later-thanks, Ben! I was going mad trying to figure out what was going on.
