Black border Rise Storyline Block
This issue is annoying, and I cannot remedy it with the recommended settings?
I choose Modern Player style, Menus and & Controls OFF, with Light colour but I still have a black border around the inserted Storyline Block?
Please advise

Thanks but those methods dont solve it.
I am using a 16:9 (960x540) story size with an audio file and a course thumbnail (960x540) to avoid the big black box with the play button. Seems it is this I cannot remove.

I'm having the same problem. here is my file. It shows up with a Play button on rise and with a black background which is super annoying.

I would also like to remove the big black border when I import Storyline blocks into Rise 360.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
We're still working on the bug where a black border appears when inserting a Storyline 360 block if the first slide contains a cover photo or media file. We'll let you know as soon as we have any new updates to share!
Hi,
I added an empty page as the first page and added a trigger to jump to the next page when timelines start. I don't see the black border anymore.
