Hi, everyone!
I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 77, we've included important fixes and new features.
One of the enhancements we've included:
- Storyline 360 now supports screen recordings on primary and secondary monitors with DPI settings over 100%.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
Thanks for sharing your file for testing, Nor!
I used the latest update of Storyline 360 to publish, and then added it as a Storyline block in Rise 360: Here's the course's Share link, and here's a quick snapshot of my test!
There are a few factors at play here:
- A play button may appear when a Storyline interaction contains audio or video on the first slide. When clicking that button, the media should play as expected throughout the course.
- There was a change in the way that Chrome handles media autoplay, where it restricts media from automatically playing in most cases.
Let me know if that helps, or if you're testing in another browser. I'm happy to dive deeper!
