Blank Engage display in Storyline Block
Hi,
I have put an Engage item in a Rise Storyline block but instead of showing the introductory page, it shows a blank window with a play button. Is there any way to display the introductory page?

We'd like to take a closer look at your Engage item in your Storyline course if that's okay with you. Could you please open up a case with us privately, and share a copy of the Engage file, the Storyline Course, and the Rise 360 course?Hi Pam,
