This article outlines all of the data Storyline 360 sends to an LMS, when publishing to SCORM 2004. How the LMS interprets, and displays that data, is reliant on the LMS itself.
Also, testing the published output in an LMS test environment like SCORM Cloud helps pinpoint if an issue lies with the course, or the LMS. If you're comfortable sharing the .story file you're working with, we'd be happy to take a closer look and make sure all publishing settings have been set up correctly!
