Blurred Image in Engage interaction when published
Hi, I have a certain problem when Engage interaction are published. Sometimes the image that was inside came blurred. When some other don't. Is there a particular reason ? all my parameters are set to the maxium quality.
Or it's seem that sometimes some people see it blurred and some other don't.
Hi poste capsule!
Sorry to hear images from your Engage 360 interaction appear blurry! I'd be happy to troubleshoot this with you and have some follow-up questions to help start:
- Can the blurriness be observed across different browsers? Or does it only occur when a specific browser is being used?
- Are the images ever blurry when previewing the slide in Engage 360? Or just during the published output?
- Where are you publishing the interaction to? Review 360, LMS, or someplace else?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi,
I always use Google Chrome and sometimes it's blurry and some other time not.- They are not blurry when previewing the slide in Engage 360. Just during the published output (and I put the best quality in the parameters).
- It's is sometimes blurry in Review 360 and also in the LMS.
- For exemple in this Review 360 at point 2.3 or 3.3.1, it is blurry. But in my LMS, the same slide, it not blurry using Chrome, and my collegue, in the LMS, it's blurry (she's using microsoft Edge).
So I don't really understant why exactly.
Hello Poste Capsule,
Thanks for the additional information! I'd like to check if the resolution of your images compared with the size of your interactions could help explain why your images are turning out blurry.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your Engage 360 project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Hi, PoojaMistry-ac6,
I understand you're experiencing an issue with the published output of your course appearing blurry. I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few clarifying questions!
- Do the slides look clear when previewed?
- Is this happening with all slides or specific ones?
- Is the image blurry when viewed in a different browser?
- How are you publishing your course?
If you're comfortable sharing a copy with our team, I'd like to do some further testing on my end. You can upload your file here or privately in a support case and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
