Blurry screen recordings

My colleague and I are having issues with screen recordings in Articulate 360. The recordings aren't very clear in both preview and when they're published.
Do you have any tips or solution...

I don't have an update to share on this issue yet, but if you can share a copy of your file with us, that'll allow us to confirm you're seeing the same behavior described here.
You can share it publicly here, or send it to our Support Team privately. We'll delete it when done troubleshooting.
Also, can you let me know what browsers you're testing the course in where you see the blurriness?
