Hello StorylineID ,
Happy to help!
This behavior appears specific to the Instrument Sans font since I could not replicate the same behavior using standard fonts like Arial. As a troubleshooting step, could you replace the font in your course with Arial to confirm if the problem is specific to Instrument Sans? You can use Storyline 360's Replace Fonts feature to quickly switch out the fonts.
If the issue persists after replacing the fonts, please share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!

hi Jose,
i replaced Instrument Sans with Arial and its working fine now. so the issue seems specific to Instrument Sans. Is there anyway to fix it.
thanks..
Hello StorylineID,
Thanks for confirming that it was a font issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience.
- Would you mind sharing if you used the variable font version or the static version of the font?
- Did you download the font from Google, or did you get it from a different source? If it was from a different source, please try downloading the version from Google.
- Which version of the Instrument Sans font did you use in your course?
I'll then test the behavior in Rise 360 to confirm if the problem is a possible bug or not. Looking forward to your response!

the storyline web player* don't support variable fonts - almost all Google fonts are available as variable and static version
you have to deinstall the variable version and install the static version

* it's actually not the web player, but the publish function that has the limitation
