Bringing Videos from Power Point to Articulate

Thanks so much for reaching out about the videos you'd like imported from your PowerPoint presentation into Storyline 360. So sorry to hear you've run into this snag!
In order to better assist, I have a quick question:
- Are you currently using the most recent update of Storyline 360 (Build 3.74.30180.0) ?
If not, I would recommend updating Storyline 360 to the latest version. Here's how:
I went ahead and tried to recreate this behavior on my end, and unfortunately, I am unable to replicate this. (Attached, you'll find my PowerPoint and Storyline 360 files for your reference as well.)
I'd love to take a closer look at your files to get to the bottom of this issue. Feel free to send along your files in this thread or privately in a support case.
