Thanks for reporting this issue and providing detailed information. The fact that the description field correctly displays Unicode characters while learner_response shows underscores suggests there may be a limitation or bug in how Storyline 360 handles non-Latin characters for SCORM interaction data. Hopefully the team can confirm whether this is a known issue and provide guidance on a workaround or future fix.

    Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like Storyline is reporting non-Latin survey responses as underscores in the SCORM 2004 learner_response field instead of displaying the original characters.
