Bug report: “Validate Module and Exit” button

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with a button configured with the destination “Exit the course (LMS only)”.

When learners click the “Validate Module and Exit” button, the course does not close. Instead, the following error appears:

 

BlobNotFound — The specified blob does not exist.
RequestId: 165b835f-b01e-0074-27d1-1dbc56000000
Time: 2026-07-27T14:12:24.6628515Z

 

 

 

 

 

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Could it be related to the LMS configuration, the published package, or a missing resource in Articulate?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
