Building A Leadership Experience

Hi. I want to build a story-driven, leadership-development experience that's fairly interactive (branching) but with a scope of 1-2 months to build. I'm planning to use 4 out of 6 Goleman's Leadership Styles. Is that feasible for someone with beginner's experience? I want to use it as a portfolio for now, then expand it later.  

Performance Problem: New leaders are not utilizing the most appropriate leadership style for the situation and direct report. Consequently, morale, work performance, and sales has diminished.    

GOAL: Formal complaints about poor leadership will decrease 10% within 6 months as leads effectively apply the correct leadership style to the specific situation and team member.    

Can you share some general suggestions and similar eLearning leadership examples? Thank you!
