Great question! I understand the videos in your button's viewed state aren't playing and your viewed2 states aren't triggering as well. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out what's causing this!
Good news! I think I figured out what was going on. I switch the When revisiting property to Automatically decide and it solved both issues. Here are the steps to find the setting.
- Open the first slide.
- In the Slide Layers palette, click on the gear button at the bottom right corner.
- Switch the When revisiting property to Automatically decide.
I attached a version of your file with the setting changed.
