Cache location windows 10

Hi I can't seem to locate my cache files on windows 10. Also, where can I set the preference for the location for the cache files - assuming I have that option. Many thanks. Steve

Hi Alyssa,

My apology. I was actually referring to Presenter 360 for the PPT deck. My workaround was to delete the project folder in the "My Articulate Projects" folder. This seems to force the Presenter 360 to republish the whole PPT decks. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, I cannot share the examples as they are context-sensitive.

    Hey Ben.  Presenter uses both the .PPT file and the .PPTA file to store all of your project assets.  Did you use "Save As" or make any copies of either original file?

    It is unusual for you to see older versions of your slides after the publishing process.  This article, though it deals with Presenter audio specifically, might spark some ideas about what could be happening with your versions.  If this is happening regularly, please connect with our support team for in-depth help!  Even if you can't share your file, we're willing to dig in on your processes and try to understand what's happening.
