Hi Alyssa,
My apology. I was actually referring to Presenter 360 for the PPT deck. My workaround was to delete the project folder in the "My Articulate Projects" folder. This seems to force the Presenter 360 to republish the whole PPT decks. Thoughts?
Unfortunately, I cannot share the examples as they are context-sensitive.

Hey Ben. Presenter uses both the .PPT file and the .PPTA file to store all of your project assets. Did you use "Save As" or make any copies of either original file?
It is unusual for you to see older versions of your slides after the publishing process.
