Can I adjust Hover state transparency on answer options on quiz
Hi,
I'm not sure if this is something I'm missing, or if it isn't a thing, but thought I would ask the question.
I'm looking to create a quiz through importing an excel doc, into a custom themed quiz, utilising the Slide Master and Feedback Masters to really give it that branded look and to speed up development. I have no problem setting this up, but the issue I am having is the hover states for the answer options. The colour is correct when you hover over the answer options for a multi-choice/response, but the generated answers from the excel import are always set with a 75% transparency to hover states.
I want this to be a solid colour, rather than transparent, that I don't need to edit on every answer option for each question when I set the theme. Is there a setting, or something in the Slide Master that can resolve this?
Hi Ben,
Happy to chime in!
The default transparency for hover states is 75% and there's no way to change this level. As a workaround, you can first import all of your questions to your Storyline 360 project, format one of the question slides according to your design preferences, and then use the Format Painter to copy the format of the hover state and apply it to the rest of the hover states in the other questions. Here's a quick recording that I made which shows the Format Painter in action.
Hope this helps!

Thank you Jose for your reply.
That is good to know and for future reference. The recording did help explain it, and using the Format Painter is an option I could explore to speed up development.
Many thanks
