Can one retrieve/edit a Rise course from a Review link?

Question

The employee who owned the course no longer works for my&nbsp; employer and may not have listed anyone else as the owner. I do have a Review link for the course. Is there any way to retrieve editing capabilities if I have the Review link?&nbsp;
