Can Reach send course completion email alerts to admin/owners?
My team is thinking of using Reach 360 instead of our cumbersome LMS to share and track some internal training. One element that seems to be missing is email alerts for learner completion of a cours...
I'm just popping in a post here for anyone looking for this feature. If you have Zapier it's super easy to set up a trigger to notify whomever when a course is completed. I set the trigger up to send a message to a Slack channel which then triggers the next step in our process for onboarding a new volunteer. Works great.
