Can Rise AI Be Used for Content Chunking and Layout Only?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using Articulate Rise to build a professional learning course where the content, learning architecture, assessment structure, and learner flow have already been designed and approved.

What I'm hoping to do is use Rise AI purely as a production assistant to:

 • break content into appropriate lessons and sections;

 • suggest suitable Rise blocks (accordions, tabs, callouts, etc.);

 • improve visual structure and readability;

 • assist with layout and organisation.

What I'm not looking for is for the AI to:

 • rewrite the content;

 • generate new content;

 • introduce new concepts or learning outcomes;

 • change the educational structure;

 • redesign the course.

However, when I provide a completed content draft, Rise AI seems inclined to reinterpret, restructure and rewrite material rather than simply helping with chunking and presentation.

Has anyone found a reliable way to constrain Rise AI to focus primarily on content organisation and layout while leaving the content itself largely untouched?
