Can Rise courses in Arabic display with right to left alignment when imported into an LMS?

Hello heroes, 

Hoping you can advise us. We are translating Rise courses into Arabic for our Moodle platform. 

I have used the hack to change the Index file code to Arabic and rtl and this successfully changes the index file but when uploaded to Moodle, it returns to ltr with all the full stops on the right. Has anyone successfully managed to do import rise courses in Arabic? Can this be done?
