Hi Roberta,
You can export your Rise 360 course for "web".
This will produce a ZIP with the course contents.
You will then need to find a way to distribute the ZIP file to your audience.
They will need to unzip the file on their local computer.
Once that has been done they will be able to use the course.
Not that when you export a course for "web", there is no bookmarking or tracking. This means that when someone returns to the course after a previous session, there will be no record of what they did before and they will have to start over from the beginning of the course.
