Can you add a View Try Test Storyline360 into Rise 360 course?

When we try to add the View Try Test file as a Storyline block in Rise 360 it will upload it but the actual View Try Test functionality does not work and just freezes the video - please help.

    Hi Danielle, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. 

    Yes, the normal behavior would be for your Storyline 360 blocks to have full functionality when embedded in a Rise 360 course. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Is your course published as a video, or is it in LMS or web format?
    • Can you replicate the behavior in a newly recorded set of "step-by-step" slides?
    • Can you replicate the issue if you publish your Rise 360 course to Review 360?

    If the issue happens regardless of where and how the course is published, please share a copy of the affected project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
