Can you change the color of Markers in Rise?
I selected Labeled Graphic an have inserted an image that has a lot of white in it. The markers are white. Can you change the color of a Marker? If so, how? I feel that if you could, it would be simple.
Thanks!

Hi everyone! In today's update for Rise 360, we added the ability to select your marker color! ๐ I'm really excited about this one. Just go to the labeled graphic settings, and you'll see a field for marker color.
You can also check out the release notes here. Have a great day!

Add me to this list as well. They're very hard to see on a white background.
Will do, Tara! Thanks for the feedback.

Add another vote to this as a request for feature development on Rise! It would be very helpful in keeping designs accessible and intuitive for learners.
Thanks for the feedback, Sarah!

Hi: The request for adding colour to the markers for a labeled graphic is going on 2 years now. Every single time I use a labeled graphic the image is a "form" and all forms are type on a white page - the markers are extremely difficult to see no matter what theme colour is used. Can you please change the markers so the theme colour is the background and the number or other identifier inside the marker is white (just flip the colours) - this would greatly help learners to see these markers, for on a white background you can't see the pulsing either.
ThanksHi Brenda,
Thanks for your feedback. I sense that you're frustrated that this feature hasn't been implemented and I totally get it. The waiting game is never easy!
However, I want you to know that we're doing our very best to bring our users the features they want and need as quickly as possible.
We receive hundreds of feature requests every week, so prioritizing them is no small task and we take it very seriously. Here's an inside look at how that process works.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

I have had that issue as well. A related issue is that within the knowledge checks or quizzes the option circles are also grey and hard to see. We thought changing the color scheme would help, but these option circles do not change with the color scheme.
Thanks for the feedback, Michele. I'll be sure to add your voice to the feature request.

This was talked about for about a year now. Any progress on this?
Hi J,
Thanks for checking in! No changes to the marker colors yet, but we'll let folks in this discussion know once we have any updates to share. You'll also find a list of upcoming features on the What's New, What's Next page for Articulate 360.

Adding to the frustration. When you had a marker. My users are stating they can't see if they completed a marker. Such as the difficult white maker, then have not having a visited state. Is this in the pipeline?

If it is in the pipeline... it's a long one. This has been an ongoing request for over 2 years now.
Hi Tamarah and Ben,

I agree - having more contrasting colors for the markers pulsating feature would be helpful.

Yes. Please do make the markers stand out with different colors. It is a regular complaint from clients and we are all frustrated this feature has not changed in the two years it's been on the radar. An imminent change would be greatly appreciated by many.
