Can you import a RISE training from one license holder to another?
A colleague has their own articulate account separate from our organization and created a training that I would like imported into my RISE account. Is this possible? I have the SCORM file.

You cannot import a SCORM and turn it into an editable Rise course.
Your colleague can send you a copy of their original course using the email function. The result for you will be an editable course that shows up in your Rise dashboard.
