Cannot access closed stream
Help! I am trying to save my work but I am getting this message "Cannot access closed stream". Anyone knows what is going on? Tks a lot!

the error “Cannot access closed stream” usually happens when the file or project you’re trying to save is no longer actively open in the application, or there’s an issue with how the file is being handled by Articulate. A few things you can try:
- Close and reopen the project, then attempt to save again.
- Make sure the file isn’t being used by another program or process.
- Save a copy under a new name or location to avoid conflicts.
- Check for software updates, as sometimes this issue is fixed in newer versions.
If the problem persists, exporting your work or contacting Articulate support directly can help prevent data loss.

From our previous experience with this issue, the behavior is typically file-specific and is caused by something in the project file. We'll need to test your project to identify exactly what's causing this issue as well as how to fix it.
Please try importing your slides over to a new project file as a troubleshooting step. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
