Cannot disable swipe

Hi Maria, 

With regards to Megan's post above, I am also experiencing the same issue and have also raised a case with the support engineers. However, I am trying to resolve this quickly and thought you may have had insight as to what the resolution was? Also for the sake of the community, could this be shared here?

To share again Megan's issue, here is here post: When I enabled the swipe functionality, both base layer and other layers could swipe which made sense. However, when I disabled the swipe functionality in properties, the base layer cannot swipe, but the other layers could swipe).

I hope to hear back soon as this is a major issue in building a new design and although the swipe feature is great, this issue is stopping us being able to publish.
