Hi there, I have been trying to duplicate multiple courses for the past few days, however, I keep receiving the same error message and have also tried another browser (Incognito). Is there an issue or bug with RISE at the moment? Thanks

We didn't record any outages last February 15, 2024 so the issue might have been specific to the course that you were trying to duplicate.
