Cannot duplicate course
Hi there, I have been trying to duplicate multiple courses for the past few days, however, I keep receiving the same error message and have also tried another browser (Incognito). Is there an issue ...

Hi Sophie,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
We didn't record any outages last February 15, 2024 so the issue might have been specific to the course that you were trying to duplicate.
Can I ask if you are still encountering the issue? If you are, please open a case with our support team here so we can check the course that you are trying to duplicate and figure out what's happening.
