Cannot import slides

I've installed the 21 feb. update for Storyline 360 today and wanted to import some slides from our template library on Team Slides. When I click import on a random slide the dialog box appear...
I am having the same trouble with importing slides from one Storyline360 file to another. All files reside on my PC. The import process starts out ok, and I am able to select the screen I want to import. However, after clicking Import button, a new empty scene is created. I have tried multiple methods similar to Bill Simpson above, with no success? I am on the latest version of Storyline 360. The file I am importing was only created a month ago. Help!
