Cannot import slides
I am also having this same issue today. trying to import a template i spent over a month creating and need to update my other new course to our new template. When i import it the scene is blank.

I'm sorry to hear you've run into trouble when importing a template to a Storyline course. I'd be happy to help!
A blank slide in Story View may indicate the presence of possible data corruption. This article explains the common causes of data corruption, as well as ways to reduce the risk of encountering it.
A helpful troubleshooting step would be to import the template into a blank Storyline course to see if that restores the thumbnail preview. If still unsuccessful, would you be willing to share a copy of the .story file for testing? Feel free to upload it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
