Cannot Select Same Answer on Second Attempt in Rise Quiz
Hi,
I’ve developed a final assessment in Articulate Rise. When a user retries the quiz, they are unable to immediately select the same answer they chose in their first attempt. They have to select a different option first, then re-select their original answer.
This happens with MCQ questions, and the quiz is set to allow multiple attempts. I’ve tested this in edge browser.
Is this expected behavior, or is there a way to reset the answer selection for each attempt?

I couldn't replicate this behavior when I tested it in Chrome or Edge. Here's a link to a sample course I used for testing. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify the behavior:
- Do you have the latest Microsoft updates installed on your machine?
- Can you replicate the behavior using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox?
- Does clearing your cache or testing in Edge's inPrivate mode result in a different behavior?
If you can replicate the behavior across multiple browsers, try recreating the quiz in a new Rise 360 course. If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing.
