Can't import PowerPoint slides into Storyline 360.

I'm suddenly unable to import PowerPoint slides into  Storyline360. I've even tried importing slides I've imported before. Did something change? How can I fix? Thanks, Steve

Hi Elizabeth!

I was able to import the PowerPoint presentation into a Storyline 360 file. The only missing content is the embedded video on slide 1.9. Do you have access to that video so you can add it to that slide?

Thanks Alyssa, that is a huge help as it lets me know that it has to do with our security parameters and not the program itself.
