Can't Import XLF File in Storyline

Storyline is no longer recognizing my XLF files when I try to import one. I've imported dozens in the past, but when I try now, it doesn't "see" any XLF files. Any suggestions?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble importing XLIFF content into Storyline!

    I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to get us started:

    • Are both your .story, and XLF files stored on your local hard drive? Authoring directly off of a network or shared drive may introduce unexpected behavior such as this.
    • Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to import the XLF file? If so, seeing a screenshot of the error message would be helpful.
    • Have you tried performing a repair of your Storyline installation?
