Can't insert animated characters
I've been running into an issue with inserting characters. I'm able to insert photographic characters but when I try to insert an animated character I get an error message and Storyline freezes. I end up having to use the task manager to close the program. Any suggestions on how this can be fixed?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
You'll want to make sure that you're working locally when making any changes to your project file. If you're already working locally, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to address the behavior. Let me know if this works for you!
Thanks, that seems to have worked. I created a new file and inserted a character. It flashed the error but inserted the character. I then saved it to my local drive and was able to insert other characters.
