Can't load Storyline 360

Let me add that when I first click on the Articulate icon I get this message. I do not get redirected and instead I click on Start Over and a browser opens up and returns the Axios error.

Can you please confirm which browser and version you're using? Please try setting your default browser to one of our supported browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox) and make sure the latest version is installed.
You can also try clearing your browser cache, and if that doesn't do the trick, please connect with our team in a support case!

I've tried opening the link in all three supported browsers. Same error. I cleared my browser, same error. I guess I'll connect with support. Thanks.
