Can't load Storyline 360

When I click on the Articulate App to sign in, I can't.  I get this error: {"name":"AxiosError"} I've tried removing and reinstalling the app. I can log into Articulate on their website so my acc...

I've tried opening the link in all three supported browsers. Same error.  I cleared my browser, same error.  I guess I'll connect with support.  Thanks.

    I changed my default browser and it worked.  I was using Duck Duck Go and that seemed to be the problem.
