Can't see the Articulate Desktop App

Today suddenly, I couldn't access Articulate 360. I was able to sign in on the Edge browser, but I can't access Storyline. When I click on the desktop app, it starts to bounce in place but nothing pops up. If I click on "Show all windows", this is what I see and I can't click on anything. If I try clicking inside that visible border it just disappears.

Note: I have successfully been using this on my mac via Parallels for about a year & a half.

    Sorry for the trouble here! I suggest closing Articulate 360 entirely, including any instances running in the background, and then opening the desktop app again. You can do this by going to the Articulate icon in the taskbar and right-clicking to quit.

    If that doesn't help, download and install the latest update, or connect with our Support Team for additional troubleshooting!

  • Looks like you are running via Parallels, I would switch off Coherence mode
