Can't upload video

I'm trying to upload a video into Rise and keep getting an error. The video is a .mov, about 800Mb.

    I think I've answered my own question. If I upload the videos as a .mp4 files, it works.

      Thanks for sharing what worked for you! I'm glad that uploading an MP4 version resolved the issue. Rise also supports MOV videos but sometimes needs to be re-encoded to make it optimized for the web.
