Can't upload video

I keep getting an error message when uploading video. I've tried different browsers and different video formats. Its only about 15mb in size, too. I'm trying to add it to a Timeline section; are there certain areas I can't upload video to?

    Hi Alex, sorry you are having trouble uploading a video into your Rise 360 course. Here are a couple of troubleshooting steps:

    1. Make sure the file name of the video isn't too long.
    2. Remove any special characters in the file name.
    3. Insert a new block and try uploading your video there.
    4. Make sure the video isn't in a network or share drive.
