Can't upload zipped package to Review 360

Hello I have a similar issue, SCORM generated externally. I have tested the zip file in on SCORM Cloud and it works fine but still receive the same error as the OP stated when loading to Review 360

Hi KE!

The manual upload in Review 360 works for Storyline files published locally as .zip files and for video-based file types. It does not support the upload of SCORM files, even if that SCORM file is in .zip format.

    Hi ive recently created a file that is for SCORM 1.2 using Storyline and exported it in ZIP. Ive tried uploading it on Review 360 but it still says File Not Supported. Ive republished and used SCORM 2004, still Review 360 says FIle Not Supported. 

    And so I tested this upload issue using a file I exported here in Rise 360 and saved as LMS SCORM 1.2 format. But its still says File Not Supported.

    Any help would be great with this. Thanks
