SCORM package not uploading to LMS

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue when trying to upload a scorm package to the LMS (Workday).

I receive an error: "An Upload Error has Occurred"

This has happened on two recent Rise 360 courses. I've tried duplicating the courses to see if it was an issue with the original files but the same errors is received when trying to upload these. They also will not upload to Scorm Cloud.

It's not an issue with the LMS as I've tested another Rise course and the SCORM for that uploads successfully.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

    Hello!

You're right to suspect the issue is with the SCORM packages themselves if they're failing to upload to both Workday and SCORM Cloud, while other Rise courses work fine. The "An Upload Error has Occurred" suggests a problem with the file's structure or content. Try these steps: first, re-publish the problematic Rise courses with "Reset Learner Progress" enabled under the LMS publish settings. Second, experiment with publishing to different SCORM standards (SCORM 1.2 vs. SCORM 2004). Third, review your Rise course content for any special characters or unusually long filenames in titles or media, and consider simplifying the course by removing large or embedded media to test if a specific element is causing the issue. If these don't work, contact Articulate Support directly; they're best equipped to diagnose issues with their exported files.
