Caption Preferences Remembered

Thanks for sharing your voice with us! Currently, the Rise video player doesn’t remember learners’ caption preferences across videos. Learners will need to select their caption setting for each video individually.

We understand how remembering caption preferences could make the experience more compliant for your organization. We’ve passed that feedback to our product team. We'll share any future updates in this thread, so everyone is in the loop!
