Caption shape drop shadow bug
Hello everyone,
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Build 3.106.35838.0 we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- Shadows were missing from speech bubble pointers.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I've updated to latest version of Storyline and I've created multiple projects to see if the shadow bug persist - it does. Here's a Peek: https://360.articulate.com/review/content/78c72195-4e75-45f2-8b43-57fe38a63cf6/review
Side note: When using Peek and choosing to record an application, I will be limited to recording only a small part of the screen (see attached). This can be amended by disconnecting external screen(s) and just using the laptop (or selecting option to record full screen).

I appreciate that helpful Peek recording!
I tested this in Storyline 360 (Build 3.51.24979.0) and saw the same results, so I've logged this as a regression with my team, and we'll keep you updated in this discussion!
