    Hello everyone!

    Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!

    In Update 114, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released a fix for: Closed caption files were missing from output published using the Zip option.

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

If anyone else is interested in this topic

1. SL Publish as video:
Choose "OPEN",  choosing "ZIP" does not save .vtt file with video 
This bug(?) is being examined by Articulate 02/22/24

2. Default appearance of CC is white font on a transparent background.

Note:  Customized appearance of captions, at present, can only be achieved by the viewer/user changing  accessibility > captions  in their operating system/browser.
