Captions disappear when timeline is paused
- 2 years ago
Hello Everyone,
I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 77, we've included important fixes and new features.
One of the enhancements we've included:
- Closed Captions disappear when timeline is paused using a trigger
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let me know if you need additional help!
Hi Leslie, Hi Cristal..
however, using the video button timeline, images and interactions does not stop!
Therefore even this cannot be the solution. But why can't be reactivated tthe function that months ago allowed to do what I have described to you so often?
To update this discussion:
We have an issue where opening a layer that is set to pause the timeline of the base layer will also hide the captions. If base layer objects (like a video with CC) are not set to hidden on the slide layer, the captions should continue to display. They are not, however.
I've documented this behavior so we can investigate a fix. Thank you, Cristina, for pointing it out!
