Hi Doyin,
You can add a simple 'Stop media' trigger on your base layer to permanently stop your audio file from playing until you decide to resume playing it.
In the screenshot above, the instructions audio file will stop playing the moment your learner clicks on the 'Help' button, and will not resume once the layer is closed.
Your learners will also have the option of toggling audio on or off if you enable the volume option in player settings.
Click on the volume icon will mute all audio in the course.
