You would need to share the .story file for us to be able to check it. Before you do, you might want to make sure you have the .vtt captions file in the right place for each slide in the course, whether on video or audio files. If the mp4 includes both audio and video, you can right click on the mp4 in the timeline and choose Accessibility to check (Video tools). If the audio file is separate from the video file, the caption should be on the audio file in the timeline (Audio tools Accessibility as shown in Captions file image). You also need to make sure Captions is checked in Player Controls (as shown in Player controls image).
