I have great news to share! We are no longer seeing this bug where state changes do not work correctly on mobile when using our latest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.72.29699.0).
Please let us know if you’re still noticing the issue and we’ll be happy to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.
This seems to still be a problem. I have buttons in my project with a hover over that changes the color, which I don’t want to remove for desktop use. On mobile, when a user chooses a wrong answer button, it takes them to a slide to give feedback and then returns them to the question slide where the wrong answer they selected should be grayed out. But, on mobile, there are no changes in the state of the button. Is this still an issue or is there a hack I don’t know? Several colleagues are fighting the same problem.
