Change management in Storyline
I have a question regarding how teams are addressing change management within Storyline. We have a legacy system, Composica, that allows for users to enter change requests and then follow the adjudication of those request within the system. This is critical for our faculty members, as they can go back and trace the history of change requests and how/when they were adjudicated.
A challenge we are facing is that what we have been unable to identify a similar system within Storyline. So my question is, how are you all that are using Storyline/Rise at an enterprise/university level managing change requests? Thanks.

Hi James,
Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! ✨
I'm interested to hear from others in the community about their experience, but in the meantime, have you checked out Review 360? This is a collaboration tool that is part of your Articulate 360 subscription.
Simply publish your Rise 360 or Storyline 360 course to Review 360, and invite stakeholders to offer feedback in a web app they can access anywhere. Reviewers can make comments on the course, which can later be marked as resolved, and you also have the ability to track version history.
Please see the Review 360 user guide to learn more about how content owners manage Review items, and how stakeholders can review the content in Review 360!
