Change Owner in Rise
My coworker created a course in Rise (therefore he is the owner). He is now leaving our department. Is there a way he can change the owner of the course to me?

Nevermind, she was hovering over the collaborator, not the owner. It's tough being the middleman on these things. Thanks!

I'm using Chrome so that does not seem to be the issue.
She says no, she does not see that. She is using Chrome. Would the browser make a difference?
So you don't see this at all when you hover over the name of the course owner?
Transfer only appears beside the name of the current course owner, as only the current owner can transfer the course to another team member (collaborator).
You also have to have at least one collaborator assigned.

That is correct. You can only transfer ownership to another team member that is currently a collaborator on that course.
And if the new owner is not yet a collaborator on that course, they need to be added first.
We're not seeing a Transfer link when we hover over a collaborator's name.
Yes, it's the owner who is trying to change that but the Transfer link is not appearing for her. Collaborators can't even get to the Collaborator menu.
